Isabelle Borkowski

Isabelle is an analyst at RRS and Signalfire. Her work involves recycling market research, presentation building, and spreadsheet design. She monitors evolving policy landscapes for packaging and recycling legislation at the state and local levels, analyzes legislation for a diverse set of clients, and compiles political landscapes to inform clients of the status and chances of passage.

Isabelle has a Master’s of Public Policy and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Policy from Loyola University, Chicago.
