Teresa Conner

Teresa is a Consultant at RRS and Signalfire. Teresa monitors EPR implementation, analyzes EPR legislation for diverse clients and materials, and is an integral part of the Signalfire team.

A former Senior Policy Advisor to the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change Strategy, Teresa has a Master’s in Geography from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor’s in Comparative International Development Studies from the University of Guelph.
