Samantha Kappalman

Samantha joined RRS and Signalfire in January 2023 as a Senior Consultant, bringing nearly three decades of experience in public policy and advocacy to the team.

Before joining RRS, Samantha was an integral part of the policy team at The Recycling Partnership, and before that, led the work of their Marketing and Communications team.

Samantha’s experience runs the gamut from state government to national nonprofits, consulting firms, and more.

Samantha has a Master’s in Public Affairs Reporting from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Florida.
